Media Enquiries and Reuse

Contact VapeBrief about a data question, an interview request, a proposed reprint or a contribution. Email support@vapebrief.com with a clear subject and the relevant article link.
For journalists and researchers
Our US Vape Channel Data 2026 page provides the two-part analysis, published-table downloads, definitions, limitations and citation wording. The underlying business-level directory is not part of the download.
When citing a figure, identify its creator, date and classification. For this series, credit the Midwest Vape Distro research team as the directory creator and VapeBrief as publisher. Keep catalogued totals separate from operating counts, and evidence tiers separate from operating status. Include the material uncertainty needed to understand the finding.
For an interview request, describe your outlet, topic, deadline and preferred contact details. We can receive requests for the contributing team; availability and access to unpublished material are not guaranteed.
Quoting, linking and republication
You may cite the published findings and link readers to the original article, preserving accurate attribution and context. This invitation to cite does not grant permission to republish an entire article, translate it or reproduce an extensive selection of its presentation.
For those uses, send the article URL, intended outlet, language, proposed edits and whether the use is commercial. Permission and any conditions must be agreed with the relevant rights holder before publication. Article text, contributed research, photographs and third-party materials can have different rights holders. No site-wide Creative Commons or blanket republication licence is offered here.
Reprints should identify the original publication, link prominently to it, retain author and commercial disclosures, and provide a way to carry material corrections. Search-indexing arrangements for a complete syndicated copy should be agreed separately; a source link alone does not determine which version a search engine selects.
Photographs and graphics
Check each asset’s original credit and licence. Article permission does not automatically include photographs, manufacturer artwork or other third-party material. File photographs must retain their archive context and must not be presented as a reporter’s visit or product test.
Pitch a new contribution
Use Submit a Tip and select Pitch. Send a short proposal explaining the finding, its relevance to adult readers, the evidence available and your relationship to the subject. Tell us whether it has appeared elsewhere and whether you are seeking a fee before work is commissioned.
We welcome evidence-led regulation, market, industry and data proposals. A submission is not a publication or payment agreement. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage. For source, image, disclosure and correction expectations, read our editorial standards.
Report an error
Email the page URL, the statement or table cell at issue and evidence supporting a correction. Avoid sending passwords or confidential personal records. Our corrections page explains how material changes are recorded.
