How to read our coverage

Each article identifies its sources. A regulation article distinguishes an announcement from a rule that has taken effect; a survey article identifies the population and reference period; an event listing gives the organiser’s dates. An article’s publication date is the date of our report, not necessarily the date of the underlying event.
