ELFBAR 600: one name, two different hardware formats

ELFBAR’s official documentation puts two different products under the 600 name: a single-use device and a prefilled-pod kit. The distinction matters when photographs, catalogue descriptions and replacement-pod listings are assembled from different dates.

The manufacturer’s comparison describes the earlier format as non-rechargeable and single-use. Its current prefilled-pod kit page instead specifies a rechargeable 500mAh battery, USB-C charging and replaceable 2ml pods. It also lists compatibility with the ELFA pod series and ELFBAR pods. These are manufacturer statements, not compatibility tests performed by VapeBrief.

Identify the photograph accurately

The image accompanying this article is a contributor’s real photograph of a cherry ELFBAR 600, dated 17 December 2023. The device visibly carries the 600 name. It is a historical image of the single-use format and must not be presented as a photograph of the rechargeable prefilled-pod kit.

Keep three descriptions separate

Rechargeable refers to the power unit, replaceable to the pod connection, and refillable to whether a pod is intended to receive more liquid. One feature does not establish the other two. A useful product record names the complete version and links its matching instructions.
