SMOK MICO: what the original documentation says about its pods

SMOK's MICO documentation lists a 700mAh battery and two 1.7ml pod types. Reading the original specification keeps this older model separate from newer SMOK devices.

Key points

  • SMOK's original specification graphic lists a 700mAh battery and 1.7ml e-liquid capacity.
  • The product description identifies 0.8-ohm mesh and 1.0-ohm regular pods in the kit.
  • A December 2020 photograph illustrates the MICO device; VapeBrief has not tested the pictured unit.

SMOK’s original MICO documentation describes a compact device with a 700mAh battery and refillable pods. Its product description identifies two supplied cartridges: a 0.8-ohm mesh version and a 1.0-ohm regular version, each with a stated capacity of 1.7ml.

The manufacturer’s specification graphic also lists dimensions of 56.3 by 46.5 by 14.8 millimetres, a weight of 65g and an output range of 10–26W. These are published specifications for MICO, rather than measurements made by VapeBrief or figures transferable to another SMOK model.

Why the original record matters

An older device can appear beside newer products in search results and retailer catalogues. Similar branding does not establish that their pods, charging arrangements or operating ranges are interchangeable. A useful reference keeps the model name attached to the original pod description and specification sheet.

The accompanying photograph was made in December 2020 and is available through Wikimedia Commons under a public-domain dedication. It depicts the MICO device in a person’s hand. Its square body, liquid window and side switch are consistent with the manufacturer’s illustrations; the image is not evidence of a test conducted by this publication.

Scope of this check

VapeBrief has not assessed battery condition, flavour, leakage or continued accessory availability. The documentation does not establish the condition of any individual unit. This is a historical product reference, without a performance score, purchase recommendation or claim of a new launch.
